Broadband Business Internet Service Agreement

Broadband Business Internet Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tennessee Independent Telecommunications Group, LLC (TITG) d/b/a IRIS Networks (“Provider” or “Company” or “IRIS Networks”) and (“Customer”). Provider and Customer may each be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” Unless specifically set forth in any Link, capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in this Agreement.

Article I – Business Internet Services

Provider shall provide broadband internet services (“Services”) to the Customer as described in this Agreement. Broadband internet services refer to high-speed internet connections that offer faster data transfer rates compared to traditional dial-up connections. Services provided under this Agreement allow for the best upload or download speeds dependent on current network traffic load and hardware capacity and make no guarantee of data delivery as all users receive the same level of service.

Article II – Contract Length and Pricing

TERM COMMITMENT: The customer agrees to use the Services in accordance with the Terms outline in the sign Sales Quote.

PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TERMINATION: Pricing for the Services shall be as set forth on the Sales Quote. Customer agrees to pay the monthly recurring charges (MRCs) for the Services as outlined in the pricing guide or Sales Quote. Payment, billing disputes, and termination will be handled in accordance with General Terms and Conditions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter and replaces any prior oral or written communications between them. Except for prior obligations of confidentiality and/or nondisclosure, there are no conditions, understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, expressed or implied, which are not specified in this Agreement. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provisions of this Agreement. The Agreement and all matters relating to the validity, construction, performance, and enforcement are governed by applicable federal law, the rules and regulations of the FCC.
